1 Age and credit card verification

You must be at least 18 years of age. Or 21 depending on the laws in your community. SPC Communications LLC website(s) are strictly prohibited for minors. All purchases are verified before completion. Credit card must be in your name ( the purchaser ). SPC Communications LLC strictly prohibits the use of credit cards that do not belong to the purchaser. 2 Making a purchase and requesting a refund

All purchases will be billed as: MFT Services or SPC Communications. Make note of this so you know where the charge came from. In the event the purchasers credit card was stolen or wrongfully charged, SPC Communications LLC will do a complete investigation. Within 5 business days SPC Communications LLC will contact the purchaser either by telephone or email. Giving a complete update on the investigation. If the purchasers credit card was wrongfully charged SPC Communications LLC will give a full refund or credit for a purchase. If the purchasers credit card was stolen SPC Communications LLC will contact the proper authorities, local law enforcement and FBI.
